The customer service was truly exceptional. The value was truly exceptional. We interviewed multiple Class A contractors before choosing to go with Presto and discussed the differences between the different approaches and materials of each. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and forthright about the differences in our options, why he stood by his recommendation, etc. His price was extremely competitive as well and included a few little extras like installing the conduit and outlet box for the sump pump, that other contractors didn’t offer. Finally, the crew completed their work quickly and did a great job cleaning up the site!
